Snakes on a Plane was on cable a few Saturdays ago so TexasGuy and I watched it. As I sat their writhing and shrieking through the whole thing I couldn't help but remember watching Arachnophobia in the theater. LOL! I kept saying I couldn't believe we were watching it. Creepy!

First time round this was great, as I said in another thread a long time ago in a bedroom far far away, however second time round it's pretty dire.
On the other hand Arachnaphobia is a great little film, love it and can watch it over and over.
Just my opinion.

I stopped being able to watch Arachnophobia AT ALL years ago. And with the size and amount of spiders we have here, I'm certainly not going to try now.

Did I tell y'all about the snake in the garage?

Arachnophobia was an awesome movie. smile.gif As for spiders, when I was visiting Danielle, I was sat next to a dead one for a long time. Eventually I decided to put it in the bin, but something distracted me. Just as well - turns out, not only was it alive, but it was a black widow. 0_0

I'd like to hear about this snake in the garage though?

Danielle let you sit next to a black widow all that time? What a sweetheart. I'm assuming at least she knows what one looks like on sight. I sure do! Blech!

I had a snake in the garage a few months ago on a dry day in the middle of all the rain North Texas was getting about non-stop. I walked into my garage and pressed the button to open the garage door. There the bugger was right in the middle of where the garage door touches the floor. I stared at in and then went back inside. Came back out and it slithered into the corner of my garage behind a stack of bricks. Went back inside and called my neighbor. "Mike. I need your help. I have a snake in the garage." Mike came down with his two daughters in tow (the little girls are always at my house). And with a vacuum hose extension and a garden stake he managed to get that ornery thing out of my garage and into the yard behind the house next door. Sort of a welcoming gift to the people who were moving in that day.

I never got round to watching snakes on a plain but I remember watching Arachnophobia at school and i was enjoying it until someone let off a stink bomb!

Is Snakes a bit of a piss take or is it serious? Might have to rent it...
kid chino
its not a dead straight movie, theres some comedy...but its very good worth atleast a rent
Hot Springs Turtle
Yeah, worth it if you like action, creature features, general "so-corny-it's-funny"ness or Samuel L. Jackson.

Cool, my other half is away so I'll rent it tonight and watch it on my own wink.gif

It had better not give me nightmares!! smile.gif
