That depends on the color, shape, and most importantly, the location of said rash.

Some small and some large red bumps all over my arms and they itch like crazy. And because I'm going crazy scratching my arms, I itch everywhere else for good measure. Last time I went to California I came back with a floater in my left eye.

Anyway, I think the problem is one of inertia. No one is posting, because no one has posted. When people start talking and start new topics, others are more likely to chime in and it all builds up.

So, if everyone would try to post at least once a day, it would probably get this whole site moving again.
