It's Wendy (the "good little witch") in her first-ever screen appearance, 49 years ago. They're on a "date" at the beach, and in a typical "lover's quarrel" she's telling him "I'll never speak to you again!" He was devastated. Of course, by "never" she meant "for the next two minutes".
