Hey gang!
If your interested, follow the link below at 7pm Eastern Time tonight. As many of you might know...I'm a member of a star wars costuming group which is a nonprofit organization that does charity work in many ways including visiting childrens hospitals, walks for autism, etc. Well tonight is a special event, A 6 year old boy named Joshua is the guest of honor for a Make A Wish event. Make-A-Wish is sending him to Disneyworld. He is a huge star wars fan and doesn't have many months left. Joshua believes Star Wars is real, and around 8pm will be presented with a personally signed EP III poster from Hayden Christensen (no, he won't be there personally, but does send Joshua his best) and an F/X Darth Vader light saber, both generously donated to him from Lucasfilm. This is a very big event (28 of us in costumes from Star Wars and 750 guests,) and Joshua does not know it is going to happen, and won't until members of our group come out on stage in costume and present him with the items.
I personally won't be in costume for this one, I'll be video taping for a part of one of the films I'm working on which is actually a documentary of our group. But you may see me, I'll be the skinny one in the suit with the video camera.
Once again this is East Coast time so a good many of you may be asleep by then but if your not and feel like watching a heartwarming moment...I encourage you to take a gander into what my life is all about...
