With a smile of utmost satisfaction, the new King - a gigantic man of Native American descent - unfolded to his full height and strode over to the window of White Castle.
It was a glorious sunny day in Maryland, and he beamed, casting his eyes over his new kingdom. The water feature in the garden below trickled, distant car engines hummed, and a sudden crack rang through the air.
