What does everyone think about the Godfather? Personally, I think it's the best movie of all time. Does anyone else feel the same way?

I wouldn't put it as my #1, definately in the top 20. I perfer comedies and inspirational movies, but I do acknowledge that this was an incredible film.

Definetely not. It was brilliantly made, and it has an overwhelming sense of coolness and nostalgia, along with great acting, but it's not that enjoyable.

I agree (more or less)

I will admit that it is a very high quality movie, but I just couldn't connect with it. I didn't really care what happened next. I watched it because it is the godfather and I wanted know what everyone was talking about, but even by the end, that was the only reason. Were it not for the significance of the movie in the culture, I would consider it a a waste of my time.
