From amctheatres.com:

HILARY SWANK may play a teacher in her new flick 'Freedom Writers,' but real-life teachers can score free tickets to see the movie!

The promotional tickets, available at AMC theaters, are available January 26 through February 1 for teachers in grades K-12 who show a valid school ID or pay stub.

Hey that is a great idea. Is that only in the U.S. or is it everywhere the film is showing.

I know a few teachers and I would love to be able to tell them about this. I'm sure they would love to get a treat like that.

Oh I guess I should ask, is it a good movie or would I be sending them to a dud?

Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I really like Hillary Swank, I think she is a good actress. I was watching a tv movie the other day about a girl that was pretending to be a man, and fell in love with another woman, but the other woman had no idea that Hillary Swank was a man, until the very end. It was a good movie!! Sad, but good.

I think the offer is good at any AMC Theaters. I haven't seen the movie but it has gotten some mixed reviews. I personally like Hillary and plan on seeing the movie next weekend. Unfortunately I'm not a teacher but my sister is so I'll just go with her.
