I am trying to find out the name of a film, cannot remember to much about it, it was a comedy and may of been slapstick , I think is starred peter falk or peter sellers and it was shot somewhere on location round the mediteranean, the whole story line comes together in the last 20 mins or so of the film, I recorder this film once but the tape ended before the film had finished,the only scene i can remember is a scene where some slapstick was happening on a boat, like a medium size craft, I think a director took control of a whole village on the pretence of making the villagers movie stars, but the real plan was to rob a bank or something, please help
