I probably wouldn't do any of them, apart from the drinking of your own piss. Apparantly that's very healthy.

It's neither healthy nor unhealthy - there are no nutrients to be gained from urine (it is a waste product remember) and it's completely hygenic so you won't get sick. I don't see why people do it, to be honest, because although you won't get ill if you mess with piss, you get smelly and wet.

I suppose it could be handy if you were thirsty and couldn't afford a coke... That's probably why some people wear piss-bags.
